Our beef is sourced from Nebraska and is graded choice or better. Grading is based on age and marbling of fat interspersed in the meat. With prime being the highest grade, choice is the second highest grade, which means each bite is full of flavor and juicy just like a steak should be.
The Nebraska beef we use is born, raised and harvested right here in the United States. Following USDA guidelines this beef is considered natural as no artificial ingredients are added to the meat and it is minimally processed.
Our ground beef is made in-house using whole cuts of Nebraska beef. Mostly from chuck with round or brisket added too. We do not use trim (left over parts from cutting beef) as the primary source of product to make our burger. As a result our burger is of the highest quality.
